Are collaborators really unlimited?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited invited guest collaborators. A paid user is someone who owns or manages a workspace. Guests can access the documents and spaces you invite them to, within the permissions you grant.
What counts as a document?
Each active uploaded file counts as one document. Storage usage is measured separately and includes stored file versions. The first of your document-count or storage limits to be reached determines when you need more capacity.
Can I change plans later?
That's the plan. shoebx is designed so you can move to a larger tier or add capacity as your workspace grows. Billing and upgrade flows are finalized before launch.
Is shoebx only for personal documents?
Not at all. shoebx is designed for individuals, families, advisors, legal professionals, and teams who want a private way to organize and share important information.
